Mae recognizing the closing of Pastabilities
Pastabilities was a non-chain Italian restaurant in the 1065 building in the Towne Centre (sharing that structure with the Social Security Administration office). It was operated by Jan and "Big" Sal for 28 years.
It was Mae's favorite restaurant as it had good takeout pizza (rated above Clik Clak Diner's on Gregg's pizza quality scale) and she had fond memories of birthday meals there.
Closure[]
Early in the game Pastabilities closes, presumably due to the financial pressures of the economic depression affecting the entire region. Afterwards, Taco Buck moved into the space. If you go to the new Taco Buck at the end of the game, you should be able to talk to Danny outside the store who is holding a sign that reads "TACO BUCK, NOW HIRING".
